Wrap It Right: A Polo Wrapping Tutorial, Presented by Wahl

Polo wraps are useful protective options for any horse’s legs. Particularly for flatwork (and not typically advised for jumping), polo wraps offer important support to the tendons and ligaments for the lower legs. However, failing to apply the wraps the correct way can cause more harm than good.

We recruited top groom Courtney Carson, head groom for Payne Equestrian, to show us the proper way to wrap a horse’s legs using polo wraps.
