Will Simpson, Daniel Coyle Win Big At Live Oak International Ahead of Sunday’s $190K CSI4*


After two full days of top level show jumping at Live Oak International in Ocala this week, athletes are ready to fight to win the $190,000 Live Oak International Grand Prix presented by Lugano Diamonds on the event’s last day.
Will Simpson and Keminko N came out on top in Saturday’s CSI4* $32,000 Live Oak International Stake 1.50m, with a jump-off time of 37.03 seconds, besting a field of 19 competitors. Alex Maetz and Cashew CR was second and Rene Dittmer and Cody 139 were third.
On Friday, Ireland’s Daniel Coyle & Farrel secured victory in the CSI4* $63,000 Qualifier 1.55m, while Live Oak International’s Co-President Chloe D. Reid claimed a second place with her mare Chelsea 179, and Aaron Vale in third with I.Adermie R 4.

This is the 34th edition of Live Oak International, which hosts CSI4* and CSI1* show jumping in addition to a CAI3* and CAI2* combined driving events, among many other divisions, with more than 200 horses from 20 countries anticipated on the grounds for one week only.
In addition to Sunday’s CSI4* show jumping grand prix, combined driving events continue all day long with the cones phase of competition.
