Product Review: ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Subscription
In April, I signed up for a ClipMyHorse.TV account for the first time. The European-based livestream provider partnered with the USEF to stream the Land Rover Kentucky 3-Day Event – and being I was stuck in Florida, I didn’t want to miss out on all the action. I was familiar with the ClipMyHorse.TV brand – they’d been the livestream partner for international events all over the world, and lucky for me, I’d been able to watch the events they streamed from the World Equestrian Center in Ocala quite often.
The weekend of LRK3DE, I was showing my young horse at a local schooling show. For cross-country and show jumping, I wasn’t able to watch live. And it was so easy to log in, find their rounds and hit play – it took just seconds to get a high-quality stream of their performance.
Since Kentucky, I’ve been totally hooked. I’ve watched dressage shows at WEC, the Longines USA FEI Jumping Nations Cup and now, the Devon Horse Show. There are never any glitches in the quality of the video. ClipMyHorse.TV makes it easy to search for specific horse and rider pairs and classes – I don’t have to buffer a long video to find the exact rider I want to watch. And with my premium membership, I can use their archives to watch my favorite moments and horse shows over and over again.
I’ve never paid for a livestream provider that offers such an easy, high quality user experience before. It will be hard to pivot and pay for anyone else, because ClipMyHorse.TV puts the user’s experience first and foremost.
