Jessica Springsteen is headed to her first Olympic Games in Tokyo this year.
While attending college, she chose to pursue horse sports professionally. She said her most memorable moment with horses was when she won the Saugerties $1 Million Grand Prix FEI-CSI 5* – her first grand prix win – in 2016.
