Product Review: All Things Equestrian Sun Shirts

Looking to add a pop of color to your #ROOTD? We’ve got just the thing.

My new favorite “it” brand is All Things Equestrian. This equestrian boutique based in Florida is known for making unique and colorful sun shirts for riders that you won’t find anywhere else. There’s a shirt style for everyone, no matter which discipline you ride or your personality.

The English-style sun shirts come in a classic long-sleeve style with mesh undersides and a soft four-way stretch to the fabric. The breathable material is honestly the most lightweight fabric I’ve ever ridden in (a blend of 92% polyester and 8% spandex). Because of this, the shirt stays cool and dries fast. But the light material is also heavy duty, in that I can easily ride several horses in one hot Florida summer day and still look fabulous.

The expressive, colorful prints are exclusive to All Things Equestrian, so you won’t find them anywhere else. And All Things Equestrian pays attention to the details: there’s a light ruffle to the shoulders and each shirt has fitted wrist cuffs. But my favorite detail is the rose gold zipper down the front. So cute!

Plus the shirts come with SPF 30+ sun protection, are moisture wicking and are antibacterial.

In addition to English-style sun shirts, All Things Equestrian has also designed a brilliant Western-style shirt. This button-down shirt is traditional in Western style with buttons, a collar and cuffs, but comes in the most buttery soft fabric you can imagine. It has the same SPF 30, moisture wicking and antimicrobial protections as the English-style shirts, and comes in similar fun, funky and classic patterns.

These shirts truly stand up to tough wear, too. Mine have been through hot days at the barn and come out of the washer looking brand new.

If you’re looking to add a little flair to your riding wardrobe, you won’t be disappointed in what you’ll find at All Things Equestrian. The shop sells more than just sun shirts too (pro tip: check out the lovely dress), including some tried-and-true rider and tack brands we know and love. Plus you can feel good about supporting a woman-owned small business.

Cheers!
