The Thoroughbred was a classic cocktail Justine tried at the Kentucky Horse Park in October while competing at the 2023 Retired Racehorse Project’s Thoroughbred Makeover. The recipe made an appearance on Ep. 117. A cocktail vendor at the park – Tootie’s Tavern – came up with the signature drink specifically for the show. It’s delicious and easy to make at home.

The Tinto De Verano was all the rage in 2023, according to the New York Times. The hosts tried it on Ep. 114. Sangria is out, y’all! This simple and savory take is a red wine lover’s dream. Enjoy.
