Equestrians know a thing or two about how every second counts on the day of a horse show. Smoothies are perfect breakfasts because they’re quick and easy to make and you can drink them in the car or at the barn while you’re loading up. This is one of my go-tos:
While you’re getting ready at home, steep a green tea bag in 1/4 cup of boiling water. Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey. Put it in a blender with half a banana, 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries and 3/4 cups of soy or almond milk, blend until it’s smooth & voilà!
